LOCATION

On the southeastern coast of Santorini, at the north foot of Mesa Vouno mountain lies the ever-charming Kamari village. It was named after a small arch, which was part of an ancient sanctuary dedicated to Poseidon. The arch is lit at night creating quite a spectacle; the splendid landmark can is even visible from our hotel grounds!

The village features supermarkets and an astonishing array of restaurants, serving delicacies drawing from local and international cuisine. There are also cafes to lay back and enjoy the fantastic scenery, while later in the evening you ‘ll find yourself surrounded by its lively nightlife.  The area is overflowed with shops, located mostly in its grand promenade. From beautiful garments to accessories and mementos, you can take a piece of Santorini back home. 

Kamari beach is a blue flag awarded beach and is widely known for its unique charm embedded in its black sand and the enormous rock called Mesa Vouno that rises from the sea. The rock provides quite a pageant as it shines during night time. The beach is organized with exceptional amenities like sunbeds and umbrellas. Pump up your adrenaline with the water sports offered on the beachfront. Take scuba diving lessons or explore the vibrant seabed while snorkeling. Perrisa is an excellent beach found near Kamari, alluring the visitors with its volcanic beauty, the crystal clear waters and the sandy sea bottom.


Close to our hotel lies the archaeological site of Ancient Thera, almost at 400 meters of height. Agora, the temple of Dionysus, the sanctuary of Apollo Karneios and the ancient theater stand out as momentous landmarks. The site transforms into a magnificent terrace opening out to stupendous views. 

Zoodochos Pigi (Life-giving Spring) is a must-see attraction, hardly ever found in tourist guides. The water spews out from the cave-like opening of the limestone bedrock of Profitis Ilias and provided ancient Thira with fresh water. Agios Nikolaos Chapel is also a great site to admire, as its minimal whitewashed grace will sweep you off your feet!

Our hotel is easily accessible, situated approximately six kilometers away from Santorini Airport,  almost ten kilometers away from Athinios Port Santorini and eight kilometers away from island’s capital Fira.
